Civico Museo Sartorio

Il Museo trova spazio in un'elegante villa borghese dell'Ottocento, divenuta "casa-museo" nel 1947 grazie al lascito testamentario di Anna Segré Sartorio. Al suo interno negli arredi, nelle opere d'arte e negli oggetti di uso quotidiano convivono gli stili Impero e Biedermeier, sino al revival storico, neorococò e neogotico. L'ex deposito carrozze è stato adibito a Gipsoteca-Gliptoteca, con circa seicento sculture del XIX-XX secolo.

The Museum is located in an elegant villa of the XIX Century, which became museum-house in 1947, thanks to the will of Anna Segré Sartorio. Interior to the villa, the Napoleon and Biedermeier style, together with the historical revival and the neogothic, coexist for furniture, artworks and objects of daily use. The former coach house has been used as Gypsotheque-Glyptothek, with about six hundred sculptures of the XIX-XX centuries.
