Museo Delle Industrie e Del Lavoro Del Saronnese

Nel 1996, dopo una mostra temporanea sulle antiche attività industriali saronnesi, un gruppo di appassionati e imprenditori decidono di dar vita al M.I.L.S. (Museo delle Industrie e del Lavoro del Saronnese). Tra i principali promotori vi è Luigi Lazzaroni che sarà anche il primo presidente dell'associazione. Le Ferrovie Nord hanno messo a disposizione gli spazi e il progetto espositivo è stato curato da Massimo Negri. Il museo conserva oggetti, macchinari, prodotti e documenti a testimonianza dello sviluppo industriale del territorio dalla fine dell'Ottocento agli anni sessanta del Novecento e nel 2004 ottiene il riconoscimento di Raccolta Museale della Regione Lombardia.

In 1996, after a temporary exhibition about the historical industrial activities of Saronno, a group of enthusiastics and entrepreneurs decided to create the MILS (Museum of Industry and Labor of Saronno). Among the main promoters there is Luigi Lazzaroni who will also be the first president of the association. Ferrovie Nord have provided the spaces and the exhibition was edited by Massimo Negri. The museum presents objects, machinery, products and documents as a proof of the industrial development of the territory from the late XIX century to the 60s and in 2004 achieved recognition of "Museum Collection of the Lombardy Region".
